Looked at many chain tensioner options out on the market.. But i was impressed and just loved how clean BilletBmx machined this sick chain tensioner to upgrade the stock ones on my Zooz 750. Super quick to install, the graduated lines & numbers etched on the 14mm chain tensioner makes it easy to level the left & right. My order arrived in Hawai'i in just a few days and they threw in some sick stickers as well! 😎🤙Waiting for the Deez Nuts Axle Nut that fits with the Zooz rear Axle to make that custom rear wheel look complete! Stoked with the purchase and can't wait to see more upgrades that fit some of the special sizes on the Zooz. 🤘

I needed a chain tensioner to replace the stock tensioner from my Zooz 1100 eBMX. It’s hard to find a suitable 14mm axle tensioner but I saw someone on Instagram showing off their Zooz ebike with the new Billet box chain tensioners and pedals. They’re expensive but worth it. They’re stronger than the stock version and compliment my Zooz very nicely.

Well built and definitely a must have over the other garbage out there.
Billet BMX chain tensioners feature an internal bolt that does not stick out like other brands on the market. The Shield slides front to back with adjustment making it easy to match axle position on both slides using numbered markings. These are made from 6061 T6 aluminum that are fully CNC machined. The CNC parts are tumbler polished then bright dip anodized for glossy appearance and corrosion resistance. They are finished with Laser engraving for high end detail.

These were specifically designed for the GT and Throne Bikes 26"-29" with 14mm rear axle. They will not fit 20"-24" bikes 14mm if rear axle nut hangs past rear of dropout. Also dropouts must be at least 6.5mm thick because Chain Tensioners are 6mm thick for clearance. Billet BMX is not responsible if they do not fit other brand bikes.
Note: Not recommended for use with Pegs. Shield may hit peg when adjusting chain tension depending where axle sits in dropouts. Moving axle towards front of bike in dropouts by shortening chain will move shield slider farther from axle allowing more clearance for pegs. Shields are also removable to get more clearance if needed. Many of our customers do have our Tensioners installed with Pegs but modification to the chain may be required for proper fitment. Billet BMX is not responsible for clearance issues with pegs.
