Description
The Tapered SLT fork uses the same great Seamless Tapered Butted Heat Treated 4130 Cro-mo legs of our traditional SLT race Forks. But now features an exclusive Cold Forged Spiral Bulge Butted Steertube that goes from 1 1/8" to 1.5. This redesign allows for a flush fit with all modern Tapered Headtube Race Frames.
Full Laser Cut Heat Treated Cro-mo Dropouts have the same offset for the 3/8" and the 20mm styles. This keeps handling precise across all models!
Full Post Weld Heat Treat for Maximum Strength.
Welded in Star Nut makes for easy installation. 7075 Billet Aluminum Top Cap is included with your purchase.
Available in 20" and 24" sizes and in both 3/8" and 20mm dropouts.
The Tapered SLT 20mm forks in a 20" configuration is a mere 29.5 ounces in chrome. (weight will vary depending upon the amount of powder coat or filler rod used on each particular fork).
